Understanding the Power of Focus and Attention
The above quote, where attention goes, energy flows is a testament to the nature of one’s life occurrences. At 36, my current state of affairs differs from where I would prefer to be. I work a low-income job, barely making ends meet, and am currently in debt despite being a college graduate.
Nevertheless, I recognize this is a temporary condition. My desire for a better life fuels my constant efforts to learn, improve, and make better decisions. I take full responsibility for my circumstances and the decisions that led me here. Life is arduous, but I am grateful for my struggles, which are better than nothing.
To help others, I have started a blog to share information about my passions, such as yoga, marketing, and healing. These interests drive me to explore and research them continuously. So, grab a cup of tea, find a comfortable spot, and enjoy!

Life can be hectic and rewarding as a day-to-day blogger, full-time employee, and busy mom. Juggling the demands of parenting and creating content for a blog can be challenging, but with careful planning and organization, it is possible to achieve a balanced schedule.
My mornings often start early, with the rush to prepare the family for the day. I can focus on my work once the children are off to school. This may include researching and writing blog posts, creating social media content, and responding to emails.
Afternoons are often spent attending to household tasks such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, and, of course, my full-time job. It’s essential to find moments of downtime to recharge and avoid burnout. This may include taking a short break to stretch, yoga, walking outside, or breathing exercises for at least 15 minutes.
Evenings are typically dedicated to spending time with my family, gardening, practicing yoga, researching marketing trends, and preparing for the next day. Bedtime routines are essential for both my children and as an adult, as they help us establish a sense of calmness and routine.
Being a day-to-day blogger and busy mom requires hard work and dedication, but it is also incredibly rewarding. Finding a balance between work and family life is vital, and with the right mindset and habits, achieving success in both areas is possible.
