Social listening
The process of monitoring social media platforms for mentions of your brand or relevant keywords so you can respond to comments and feedback in real-time.
Conversion rate
The percentage of users who take a desired action, such as purchasing after seeing your social media content.
Sentiment Analysis
Shows the number of positive, neutral, or negative mentions on each social media platform where the company has a sizable presence.
